ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for Intercollegiate Sports, individuals must have a minimum of 3 full or equivalent courses. Graduate and transfer students, with some exceptions, are eligible for most sports. Students should check with the head coach for specific requirements related to eligibility

Register for the team here. Everyone trying out for the team must thoroughly read the Team Policy and accept the terms and conditions.

MEDICAL FORMS
Everyone trying out for the team must complete a the online Wavier Form and Medical Forms. These must be completed before the first practice. If you need help or have questions please contact waterlootherapy@gmail.com

Returning athletes complete a medical update and waiver only. First time athletes require the medical questionnaire and waiver.
Returning athletes will have already set up an account last season. They need to log into that account and fill out the forms.
First time athletes need to register, receive a code in their uwaterloo email account which they use to register, log into the program with the code and then complete the demographic info and the 2 forms. The must use their UWaterloo email to register, the program will not accept any other emails. There are detailed instructions and FAQ’s at the link above for both groups. It is important that they download the form, complete it, then re upload the form to ensure it is complete.

Copy-and-paste the key below into the appropriate text box and press Submit.
Enrollment Key: USports-2019
1. You will be prompted to enter your name and your email address. Your email address will become your username.
2. Enter a password that you will remember.
3. Log in with your new username and password.
4. Go to "My Courses".
5. You must complete the "Profile" module before you can start the course.
6. Return to "My Courses" to begin the course.
If you return at a later date to start training or to continue a partially completed course, you must log in with your unique username and password. If you use the enrollment key again you will be creating a duplicate account and will have to start your traini! ng from the beginning.

U SPORTS ATHLETE REGISTRATION

First Years/First Time student-athletes
Student-athletes who has not yet been registered in the system (i.e. incoming first-years, first time athletes, repatriated student-athletes, etc.) must register with U SPORTS Central prior to pre-season and conference play, and pay the $50 registration fee.
(once you have registered please forward your USports ID to cmgilber@uwaterloo.ca)

Returning student-athletes are required to log-in their U SPORTS Central account, update and electronically sign the Student-Athlete Acknowledgement & Consent form for the 2019 -2020 season.

TEAM FEES​

Team Fee must be paid in full to receive apparel. You can pay online (links provided below) or at the CIF equipment desk. If paying online use your WatIAM credentials.
